Shower Valves & Controls

A good valve keeps water temperature steady and helps protect against sudden hot or cold bursts when someone flushes a toilet or runs a tap. Pressure-balance valves react to pressure changes, while thermostatic valves hold a set temperature and often let you control volume separately. Trim, such as handles and plates, completes the look.

We choose valves that match your shower layout, your outlet count and your preferences across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Valve bodies are installed at the right depth for the wall thickness, and we test every outlet and the temperature before we close the wall.

FAQ

Common questions about valves & controls

Do I need a thermostatic valve?

Not always. Pressure-balance valves work well for many showers, and thermostatic valves add precise control.

Can I replace just the trim?

If the valve body is compatible, yes. Otherwise a new valve is the better choice.

Why does my shower temperature change?

Pressure changes elsewhere in the house or a worn cartridge can cause it. We diagnose and fix it.
