Shower Inspections & Leak Testing

Problems behind shower tile are not always visible. Hollow tile, soft floors, stains on ceilings below and musty smells can hint at trouble. An inspection looks at all of these and uses moisture readings to check areas you cannot see. A flood test fills the pan with water to see whether it holds, and can show whether a leak is in the pan or somewhere else.

The pan is filled and watched for a period of time, and we explain the timing when we schedule.
